For Discussion! What Makes Your Favorite Island In Hawaii Unique?

Our So Much More Hawaii bloggers are nearing the end of their trip and will be heading to Oahu today for the last leg of their trip. Even though they’ve only had a chance to explore each island for a few days each, they have tried to make the most of those few days to see as much as they could see and talk to as many people locally as they could strike up conversations with.
Even in their short amount of time on each island, they notice that they each have their own different character and “vibe”. So our question today is to get the community’s comments on:
What is your favorite island in Hawaii and what makes it a unique place to visit or live in?
