Chef Mark Tafoya’s Cooking Demo With Chef D.K. Kodama
While in Maui, Chef Mark Tafoya had the pleasure to tape a cooking demo by renown chef and Hawaiian restaurateur, Dave “D.K.” Kodama. Chef Kodama is the owner of no less than six popular restaurants throughout Hawaii, including Sansei Seafood Restaurant and Sushi Bar, Vino Italian Tapas, d.k. Steak, and Hiroshi Eurasian Tapas, which is in collaboration with chef Hiroshi Fukui and Master Sommelier Chuck Furuya. As one of the first chefs to blend contemporary sushi with Caribbean and American fusion, Chef Kodama and his restaurants have consistently garnered the highest restaurant accolades, both in the press and with the public.
